Our bookkeeper loves Paperless Overnight. She can post questions to me on our personal web site, and I get back when I have time, not when she is impatient. This works for us. For 15 cents – its an amazing low price.
We have family jewelry store that gets dozens of invoices a day from distributors. I didn’t think paperless was for small business, I was wrong. Paperless makes everything easier, lets us spend more time selling.
In the first 1,000 pages I only found 3 naming decisions that I would have done different. Those DOT’S are well trained and your system of double checks works. Oh, by the way, if any one reading this thinks that 3 in 1,000 is too many they need to go look at their own files.
I own a janitorial service and loose papers all the time when I’m running out for supplies or taking notes on a job. The cell phone transcription to a document service is incredible. The fact that it cost me 15 cents is just plain amazing. The clerk hands me a receipt, I use my cell to record it. WOW
15 cents is amazing! With my ‘File Cabinet’ software from CCH, I can’t even NAME a page for 15 cents – not to mention the hardware, software, overhead and other cost we pay. We’re very happy with Paperless Overnight.
